• It is a duplex planned as 3+1, for 7 people. Upstairs contains 1 master bedroom, a closed balcony with a nice view, 1 bedroom for two people and a bathroom.

• The ground floor contains 1 room with a bunkbed and a single bed for 3 people, living room, the kitchen, bathroom, the terrace, and a fireplace.

• a TV, an electric stove, a tea maker and the fridge are provided in our houses.

• The houses are heated with the help of electric convector heaters.

• There are places for barbecue in the garden.

• A play yard is provided for the guests with babies if needed.

• Our firm is pet friendly. You can bring your pet whose vaccination and parasite cards you carry around on the condition that you indicate it during the reservation and with an additional cost of 25 TL.

• Breakfast is included in the pricing, and it is available between 8.30 and 12.00.

• The pricing is not per person, it is the total price of the house for one night.

• The check-in hour for our houses is 14.00 and the check-out hour is 12.00
